This was the perfect home for a girls' trip. It was a very comfortable fit for 7 guests and everyone was thrilled with the comfort of the beds and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and made meal prep simple. But far and away our favorite part was the incredible view from inside the house and the panoramic patio. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our girls weekend! It was very nice being right on the ocean. The view from the home was expansive, very relaxing to just sit and watch the ocean. Kitchen was a bit cramped but was fully stocked with all necessary cooking appliance and gadgets. Great to have 2 dining tables. One to do a puzzle on, and one to eat at. Would be a great house for a family gathering. The furnishings were very nice and the beds were quite comfortable! The only thing negative was one of the bathroom doors didnt lock and the window shade was broken. It was 1/2 way frosted and there's no windows looking in from the neighbors house but it was still a little unsettling. As far as location, it is close enough to drive to things like Thors well, newport bayfont, devils punchbowl. Plus the beautiful beach to walk on right in front of the house is great! It was a very nice place to stay.

Stayed here with my family. Loved the giant windows and easy access to the beach. We were looking for a relaxing summer vacation from the summer crowds and this places provided all that and then some. Close enough to small towns if you are looking for something to do but far enough away you aren’t seeing waves of people. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing Memorial Day Weekend at this home. Perfectly located right above the beach with its own private path down, made for easy and frequent beach walks, and the kids had a blast being able to go down to the beach by themselves while we watched from the expansive deck. The beds were super comfortable, the furnishings were perfect for a coastal home. Like with any beach house, there is lots of wear to the outside of the home and some of the insides could be repaired or updated (cabinets, etc) but overall, it was just what we wanted.

A great place for 8 to gather within easy reach of Waldport, Newport, and Yachats. Great views of the ocean and a short path down to it. A little crowded in the kitchen, but doable. Well appointed game room for the younger folks and a smallish hot tub with a partial view of the ocean. Overall, an excellent house and location.

I took a friend out to the coast to relax. This was the perfect spot! We woke up to views of the ocean and had easy access to the beach. We even got a bit of a sunset on our first evening! We were in close proximity to everything we needed. Highly recommend for those who are looking to relax and enjoy the beauty that nature provides.

The place had incredible views, and was so roomy for our family of four! Everyone had such a great time, and legit all you wanted to do was just stare out the numerous windows at the ocean! Which was totally fine by us all - it's what we came there for ;) The beach access was awesome, a nice, short walk through gorgeous greenery. The place was clean, it had plenty of fresh linens for use, plenty of appropriate cookware and dinnerware for at-home meals, and plentiful comfy areas to relax and look out a window. It was a nice plus to have some garage space for our car too, and we had a good time playing some table tennis and air hockey! Great family stay. You won't be disappointed.

Stayed for a few days following a UofO visit. Great location overlooking the beach even if the weather was a little mixed. Easy access down to the beach. House was plenty large enough for a family of 4. Lots of hiking/outdoor activities in the area. Overall a great break.

Great house! Can't beat the views and it has easy beach access to a beach without a mass of people. We look forward to our next visit. You aren't close to grocery stores so be sure to pack and plan ahead.

Being a first time Oregon coast visitor was everything I could hope for, from the rainy drive, along the coast added by an expected show storm, incredible! Then we arrive to the house. Outside is unassuming and was hopeful that the pics did it justice. You walk in and exhale...Everything you could expect from the pictures. It's simple, clean, organized, on the water and pet friendly! Be prepared for wind and a lot of it (no idea if its seasonal) but it also kinda amazing if you like wind and beach house living! The house met every expectation along with long walks on the beach just steps off the porch. Nice small town close by with large market and larger towns not far if you need more. Everyone was incredibly responsive to question leading up to and during our stay, especially during the holidays. Can't wait to go back.

The minute we walked into this beautiful home, we felt, at home! Amazing location with spectacular panoramic views. This home helped make our Thanksgiving holiday quite memorable. The private access to the beach is a huge bonus. Close to the quaint downtown of Waldport with a large grocery store and other amenities you may want or need. We will be back to stay here soon!! Our family spent a lovely weekend at the beach house in Waldport and couldn't have asked for a better spot! It's close to the beach, has an incredible view, hot tub, lots of gams in the garage, and a full kitchen. We cooked a few times a day and the view from the stove was a highlight. The beds were all very comfortable and we appreciated all of the fun beach decor. We will certainly stay again!

Property was just as advertised. We had an amazing family vacation steps away from the beach. With a beautiful view all day long.. Game room provided lots of laughs. House layout provided excellent separation of space if someone wanted to read or watch TV. If your thinking of booking this property do it, you will not regret it.

The most amazing panoramic ocean view ever!!! The house was decorated beautifully. It was clean and fully stocked for cooking anything you wanted. Beds were very comfortable. This is my new favorite place to get away at the beach. I will be back :)

Firstly, the house must have some of the best views along this stretch of coast and were truly magnificent - the best we have enjoyed over the years of renting vacation homes in this area. With the full bank of windows in the main living area, it really is a fantastic place to watch the waves.

The home has been nicely furnished and we enjoyed using the different areas in the house, just to curl up, read a book, watch the ocean or watch TV. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the great weather over the last 2 weeks and the pathway to the beach was so easy to navigate - even for my elderly mother to get onto the beach.

All in all it was a great house to which we would be happy to return to.

We wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our stay at Alicia by the Sea and working with Laura and Katie. We had reserved another property and had to cancel due to health issues with a family member. Laura was so helpful and understanding in helping us cancel and when we realized we could still make our trip as planned, helping us rebook at Alicia by the Sea. The house was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos. The windows on the beach side offer amazing views from every room. The furnishings were not only beautiful but comfy, including the beds and pillows. We were 4 adults traveling together and there was great spaces for eating, playing games, and just sitting for all of us in addition to privacy when we wanted it. The hot tub was a much appreciated bonus that we enjoyed twice while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and the sunsets were amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the beach at Waldport! We agreed that the only thing we would change would be to stay longer
