Sleeps up to 6 - 2 Bedrooms,1 King (can be split into 2 twins with prior notice), 1 Queen, 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, 1 full bath.
Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (Strictly enforced)
Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

It was perfect for us! Really appreciate the dog, friendly atmosphere. We like to bring our own groceries and cook so we did that a few times. Also visited a few restaurants. Everything was great!

This was the perfect getaway location for a five day vacation on the Coast! The place is spacious and clean with plenty of amenities that all work great, from a grill to a hot tub to tons of cooking appliances. It’s only a 10 minute walk down to beach as well! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

loved the house, it was very clean and everything worked! hot tub was easy to use and so we did, every single night! kitchen had everything we needed. great view! the neighborhood did not have the best streets (gravel) but other than that it was fabulouse!

Very pretty, charming, and clean apartment - lots of room in the living/ dining area, and nice big kitchen. we loved the decor, the colors, and the pretty quiet street. Great hot tub, about a 7 minute walk to be on the beach - a gorgeous, uncrowded part of the beach.

This rental is off the beaten path. Very quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean. Really liked being close to agate beach for our daily walks with our dog, which was just a short drive from the rental. Would stay there again.

Our family spent Spring Break at this property. We enjoyed playing games, soaking in the hot tub, watching the ocean waves, and proximity to Newport amenities. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked with supplies. Parking only available for one vehicle and there is limited space/yard for dogs, but overall a GREAT stay!

We had a fabulous time in Beach Bum-Galow! House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Short walk down to the beach where we felt like we had the beach to ourselves and close to Nye Beach for shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a beautiful vacation with the family!

We were so happy here! It had everything we needed and more. Check-In was simple and informative. Communication with Sweet Homes was easy, quick responses and always friendly. The king bed and pillows were so comfortable. The couch in the LR was replaced with a sleeper sectional which was perfect as well. We will be back for sure -- GREAT PROPERTY!

Nice walk to restaurants. Kitchen has plenty of pans etc. you may want to bring spices if you plan on using them. Clean and spacious. Had a great time. The Tap House was fun, food drink and bartender was great.

Great location! A quiet and calming neighborhood near a great beach access that felt private! the house is also between public access beaches (Nye and Agate)! Our family had an amazing vacation and would recommend. Be sure to follow any special instructions for parking and arrival. Google maps delivered us to the extra parking at the garage above the unit. there is a spot if you drive farther down 16th st and can park at the entrance of the place!

This house was very sweet for our long weekend getaway. It was a great space for a rainy day to hang out and play cards, and close to Nye Beach on our sunny day for walking the beach and poking around Nye Beach shops.

House was clean and spacious without a lot of knickknacks which was great for our younger children. The beach was walking distance even with small kiddos so we could take our wagon and go out all day and not have to worry about parking.

The king bed was a bit short for my tall fiance, his feet hung over the end of the bed & it was too soft for my comfort but over all the house was otherwise perfect! Cozy, clean & surprisingly spacious! Short walk to the beach but the hills back were a jaunt more than expected. We will definitely stay here again.
