This charming property has high vaulted ceilings, a wall of west facing windows and views from the living and dining rooms. Take in the blue horizons and heart melting sunsets! The kitchen, on the other side of the open stairwell, features beautiful wood slab countertops and plenty of space to cook up a feast! The pellet stove is perfect for cool evenings spent with family and friends around the table playing a board game, cards, or putting together a puzzle. The ground floor has a comfortable bedroom and a large bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed and built-in twin bed, perfect for a family traveling with a child. The loft upstairs has extra seating with another television and is open to the living area below. As summer days heat up there is no better way of escaping the heat than walking into your air conditioned home after a day of exploring.
There is a nice, fenced yard to romp, play or just sit on the deck and enjoy the outdoors. The deck offers a place to relax while watching children or fido run around! Enjoy the evening with s'mores and the firepit in the yard! If you feel like staying in, you will find a generous choice of board games, a wii gaming system. In the basement everyone will enjoy air hockey, foosball and darts to keep you busy for hours. This special cottage is the perfect spot to take in the beautiful sights and sounds of the Central Oregon coast - guests will love the warmth of this home!

I missed being able to walk to the beach but it was a beautiful area, the view of the bay and end of the spit was lovely. We didn't miss any sunsets! My dog loved the dirt road walk at the end of the road better than the beach. We could have used another dish towel in the kitchen but otherwise we were very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this home! Our girls are 17 and loved Waldport and this home. The house had everything we needed and it was such a cozy home. I loved the pellet stove!!! So glad we found this for our stay on the PWC.

We loved our stay here! You can hear the ocean from the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk through. It was central for excursions to the Sea Lion Caves and Oregon Coast Aquarium. The kids loved playing air hockey in the basement. Would stay again. Thanks!

The house was awesome, my family was very comfortable. Loved the kitchen! Our dog was happy with the backyard space, so nice to have a fenced yard. My mornings were spent drinking coffee in the rocker in front of the windows. Beautiful views! It rained which we expected and the basement game room was perfect. Did not want to leave.

This is a wonderful place to explore Tidewater, the wolf sanctuary, Yachats, and nearby beaches. Lovely space with comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen.

Great home for our stay! Amazing kitchen, fenced back yard for the kids to play in safely, beautiful views, close to grocery store + shopping! Games, puzzles, and everything necessary provided, including beach towels! Very communicative, checked in often with us and made the entire trip seem less. Thank you!!!

This was great a rental. Easy host to work with and beautiful secluded location with great views and only a short drive to the beach. The home and yard is well setup for a family. We're a family of five (Mom, Dad, 9 year old, 3 year old, and 16 month old) and the location was great for our little ones.

Very private location and great house. Note that the fence on the back and sides is short (3ft?) so keep an eye on any athletic dogs. Area is not super walkable but there are lots of good hikes just a few minutes away via car.

We stayed at this cute house with our 2 boys, and we had a great time! We love staying in Waldport. It’s close enough to Newport to do all the things there, but the beaches aren’t nearly as busy as the beaches in Newport. This house had everything we needed. It was peaceful, and while it’s not right on the beach, it’s only a 5 minute drive to the beach. Our boys loved the air hockey and foosball table in the basement. It made for some enjoyable evenings waiting for dinner to be done. I will say, if you plan to use the fire pit, make sure to pack your own lighter. There wasn’t one provided. We loved this house and will definitely stay again!

We had a comfortable and wonderful stay. The home was clean and had a great view, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the fully enclosed yard was fantastic for our furbabies. The property management was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Highly recommended!

This place was very comfortable and very quiet. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances were new and in good shape. It was so nice having a fenced in back yard for our pup. The town of Waldport was nice and quiet compared to Newport. Highly recommend!
