This was a marvelous place to stay. There were so many great places to walk to and within 5 minutes and only a 8 minute walk to NYE beach. Overall this was an amazing stay and a very comfortable and accommodating space to set up house for our family vacation. Thank you for having us Sweet Homes. The home was just what we needed and the location is excellent. Very walkable to awesome restaurants and the beach. Clean and serene. Our dog loved it too. Outings up and down the coast, or inland are easy and fun. Great hiking and the lighthouses and harbor are a must see. The hosts were super responsive and everything was easy to use.

This house is more than what the pictures portray. It feels as though it was just remodeled, and everything feels new. Beds were great! Bathrooms were well lit and appointed with the basics. As foodies who like to cook while on vacation, there are a couple of things that could have improved the experience. We usually bring an extra cutting board, and with only one in the house, it was a limiter for help prepping meals. I have also brought up that the silverware needs some basic teaspoons, otherwise the pots, pans and cooking vessels were adequate. Kitchen is spacious with lots of counter/prep space and plenty of cupboards to store items. The fridge is huge. Oven, stove top and microwave were large and functioned very well. The neighborhood is quiet and really close to Nye Beach shops and restaurants. It's walkable and so much quieter than the waterfront. Beach access is super easy, and the house is relaxing after a day out. We came for the Marathon, so the hot tub was well received.

We had a wonderful time. The location is excellent. Our kids and pups walked to the beach almost every day and it's only a short drive to numerous other attractions. The home was very clean and well-stocked.

Hip-Nautic was our favorite stay away from home. 1 block from Nye Beach shopping and restaurants. extremely clean house and hot tub. Even our dogs loved it. Once you stay here, you will want to return. I almost forgot, we all slept great on quality beds and pillows.

Honestly one of the best rental homes I've stayed in. The house was clean, inviting, and perfectly located. Beds were comfortable (furniture looked good, not so comfortable to hang out on) l loved the 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms. Perfectly located in Nye Beach, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. If you are a cook the kitchen is fantastic! We had an issue with our car and asked for an extension on check out to get a rental car etc... They were so accommodating ~ it just made a stressful situation easier to navigate! thank you so much

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location, the house setup is perfect for our group with each bedroom having its own bathroom and one upstairs and one downstairs allows for more privacy. We will stay here again!

This is absolutely a first rate property! Only three blocks from the beach and a small restaurant/retail district. The house is perfect for two couples as there are two master suites. The kitchen is big and well supplied with all the basics to cook your own meals. There is plenty of towels including some for the hot tub in the back yard. A large washer/dryer is available to use also.

This property was a perfect meeting place for our family & friend. 2 of our guests staying are commercial fishermen from Newport 1 Arizona, 1 California. Have been to Newport a number of times but have always opted for Hotels. Couldn’t have been happier with our decision on this property. Location was perfect, space of the property perfect. Decor was very eclectic and fun. Extremely comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Had a very small issue with a couple of drains, property mngt responded immediately and took care of the issue. BBQ on the deck, hot tub in the yard, plenty of room for our corn hole set. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend this property for any future guests and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Newport/Nye. 2nd stay for us. Clean and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the backyard. Huge kitchen and bathrooms. Location is an easy walk to most anyplace in Nye Beach and an easy drive to anywhere else in Newport. Our young granddaughters don't mind the pullout sofa-bed but I wouldn't want to sleep on it. lol

Clean. Cozy. Fabulous location. Huge kitchen...not much in it but lots of room to store your own food items, which was nice for a change. We only used the coffee maker, toaster and microwave. They all worked fine. We stayed almost a week and only drove our car twice. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious.

Great home, lots of space, and a good location for sightseeing around the coast. Getting access to the home and checking in were a breeze. Communication from Sweet Home was timely and clear. Even thought the weather worked against us, it was good knowing that there were good places to eat, and the beach, within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is fantastic, so close to everything in Nye  and Newport you barely even need a car. The hard and hot tub are great, perfect for kids and the dogs. Home was exceptionally clean and kitchen well stocked for cooking!

My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The home has all the amenities you could want! We really enjoyed the location as well, close to some cute little shops and Nana's Irish Pub was a favorite. Much less a short walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend!

Very nice home near Nye beach, 4 minute walk. Close to restaurants as well so no need to cook unless you want to. The kitchen was spacious and having three bathrooms is awesome. Really enjoyed our stay, it was windy and cold in the evening but the fireplace made it cozy in a flash. Would stay again.

Fantastic place for our family of 5 (4 humans & 1 dog). So close to the main street for easy breakfasts at ultralife and 2 blocks from our favorite beach. The property was very clean, freshly appointed and the check in process was simple. The outdoor hot tub was super fun after surfing in the chilly Pacific Ocean. Great location, clean, spacious-everything you need!

We loved it. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants...it was awesome. It was great because we had two families (4 adults & 2 kids). The room upstairs was spacious for the other couple (sans kids) and we were downstairs in the other bedroom with the kids on the pull out. It was great!!!

Comfortable, had everything you needed, close to the beach and shopping. Loved my visit and stay at Hip-Nautic. What a beautiful, peaceful and well appointed home. I'm a single mom of two teenage boys, so for me it was a big investment and a bit of a gamble (not knowing the area) but everything was wonderful. I went to bed and woke up comfy and with a smile on my face. Getting to spend time with my boys. Thank you so very much, I hope to return again soon.
