King Neptune presides over the seas, and you will, too as you enjoy the spectacular views, a gas fireplace, a large front deck overlooking an expansive sandy beach and an ocean front hot tub, all providing the ultimate in peace and relaxation.

King Neptune is a reverse living two story home with a large and sunny living room that boasts fantastic ocean vistas as well as a gas fireplace to warm you while enjoying a sunset, watching a storm rolling in off the ocean, or being amazed by a starry night over the beach. Enjoy preparing meals for the family in this fabulous gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with access to the ocean front deck and hot tub, the other facing the tranquil shore pines. Be pampered in the large whirlpool bath with stunning ocean views as well as a large walk in shower and double sinks in the upstairs bath. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, one with a half bath attached and large garden view windows. Additional sleeping areas make it a comfy retreat for up to 10 people. Located in a quiet residential area the beach access is a short walk down the street. King Neptune provides a lovely coastal experience, with the sights and sounds of the surf.

Located in Gleneden Beach with fabulous restaurants, agate hunting, golf, and just 12 minutes south of Lincoln City, there is much to explore and enjoy! Delight in the local scenic parks by stopping at Boiler Bay and Devils Punchbowl or bring your kayaks to nearby Siletz Bay for kayaking or birding, sure to enhance your stay at the Oregon coast.

We loved this house! We has 10 people and 3 dogs for our family christmas at the beach. We were able to all gather and eat while having separate areas to rest. The kitchen was great and views AMAZING. The hot tube was a huge hit to relax and enjoy the view.

This place was absolutely STUNNING. great layout for a group of people. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Tons of cabinet space, rooms were huge, bigger than expected, beach access was two houses down, kitchen had everything we needed to cook a thanksgiving feast. Plenty of towels were provided. Really have nothing bad to say. This was our first stay but 100% not our last.

Amazing get away for our annual girl's trip. Fabulous view, the majority of our days were spent on the deck relaxing, drinking wine, and watching the seals play in the water. The beach access was close and easy to access. Loved being able to watch the mist come in, in the evenings and burn off in the mornings. Many activities to do and places to eat were in close proximity.

Right on the relatively private Gleneden Beach, this house was set up perfectly for a family that loves to cook/eat! The hot tub was great at sunset, right on the water. We are always looking for the best beach houses to rent and this one is definitely ranked at the top!

This was our 8th year visiting the Oregon Coast, last year we fell in love with Gleneden Beach, but weren’t overly impressed by our last Airbnb. We found the King Neptune through more searching and it was nothing short of amazing. Big home in a quiet neighborhood with stunning beach views, and beach access just 2 doors down. The space was amazing with stunning ocean views and near total privacy at the same time. Hard to imagine a more epic hot tub than this one gazing out at the Pacific with a gorgeous view up and down the coast. I didn't realize that the home is a bit up and it was GREAT because it made it more private and peaceful with easy beach access just a few homes over. The space was stunning and overall an amazing peaceful weekend getaway.

The house is excellent. Beautiful views. Easy to get down to the beach. The hot tub was wonderful. If you read some other reviews they complained about the carpet but I did not find anything wrong with it. The house seems like it was built in the 80s but it’s well cared for and no complaints. The oven had an issue when we were there but the host was very responsive about it and helpful. The place was expensive but we booked it for Labor Day weekend, and it was worth it in comparison to other options around. It’s a very nice place and for a family gathering was excellent. We will likely book it again someday. The place was great to have kids and dogs at. Being dog friendly is a massive win for this listing. The real reason you come here is the view, the ocean sound, and the hot tub. But everything else is nice too !

We loved it here. From the moment we walked in it was calming and peaceful, and the house and views are absolutely stunning. The beds were so comfortable! Like sleeping on a cloud. We really enjoyed the deck space and the kids especially loved the huge bathtub. It was walking distance to a long, not crowded beach and some cute restaurants nearby too. We would definitely return!

Awesome house with incredible view of the ocean! Loved the welcoming atmosphere when we first arrived. The hot tub was clean and hot. Great place to sit and watch the waves. Beds were super comfortable, even the pull out couch was, which can be rare. Loved the gas stove and gas fireplaces. They have a new couch which wasn't in the pictures, but is a great addition, comfy and big! Perfect for our group of friends!

First thing is you drive up to this beautiful home with great landscaping. Walking into the house they have quiet, relaxing music playing and it made the first impression experience that more wonderful. The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning! You aren't able to access the beach directly from the backyard but the walk to the beach is just two houses down and very convenient. This home has lots of space for a large family. We had multiple families staying here together and we never felt like we were in each other's space but there was plenty of room for us to be together in the living room and dining room for dinner. The kitchen had all the items we needed for cooking our meals. The home is dated with quite a few stains on the carpets, but still bright and airy and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable, they are like sleeping on a cloud. Every one of our family members purchased their mattress toppers right after our stay! If you want a relaxing vacation home, this is the place to be. It's perfectly located between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. The living room and bedroom with the windows upstairs can get quite warm during the day if the temperatures are over 70, so be aware of that if someone prefers a cooler room, just don't choose that one. We had the best time here and will absolutely be staying here again!!!

As soon as you pull into the drive way it was stunning. The greenery on the property was one of the top compliments from our guests that stayed. A beautiful and comfortable house. Great for socializing and having a larger group together for meals and hanging out. Bedrooms are amazing. Large comfortable beds. I slept great! Ocean view is just what I hoped for. Sunsets. Wow! Beach access is difficult. However in the end it didn't effect our trip, we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with the view and talking. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed and more. I didn't have to travel with baby gear because the home provided it all!! We traveled with a toddler so I would recommend a baby gate for the stairs. And a highchair for those traveling with infants. The cliff is also not gated or fenced so it can be dangerous for dogs and young children. My toddler was able to joyfully roam in the front garden of the home. It has beautiful trails in the front. I especially enjoyed the trees on the property and how they make for a grand entrance into the drive way. (You'll see what I mean as soon as you get there!) I would recommend this home.

We had a blast here! The hot tub is a great size, super dog friendly, and amazing views. I cannot say enough about the views. The window curtains in the main restroom upstairs and in the main bedroom are a little thin, and see through at night so this might be a consideration in terms of privacy. However, waking up to that view is indescribable! Definitely would recommend!

The house is beautiful. Roomy and very comfortable. The location is outstanding and the view is amazing. We originally planned on staying in Newport but this was a much better choice! It was centrally located between Newport and Lincoln City so it was a short drive either way. The rental fees were less as well. Highly recommended.
