This interesting cross gable architecture gives each floor of this 3 story home its own character. The entry level has a cozy den for watching your favorite movie or just snuggling up with a good book. One bedroom with two twins and a full size bed can be found on this floor with a bathroom in the hall. A full kitchen is available on this floor, too, for extra oven or refrigerator space! Walk up a flight of stairs and find another living space, kitchen and dining room with a large dining table - perfect for a large gathering. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace and enjoy time spent with family. You will start to see the sloped walls of the gable roof which adds something special to the space. Step out on the deck to enjoy the sea breeze, peeks of the ocean and the sounds of the sea. There is another bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed and a bath in the hall. One more floor up you will find three more bedrooms, all with peaked ceiling and exposed beams. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and its own balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and a full bed. A bath in the hallway, with a bathtub and double vanity, is shared by these three bedrooms.
Ready for some fun? Step out to the studio next to the main house and enjoy a rousing game of pool while the string lights overhead make this a delightful space to spend with family and friends. Upstairs in the studio is a large open space with a balcony that can be used for retreat gatherings, meetings, or a calm session of yoga.
The large private yard with a floating deck set amidst the grass is a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun. It's the perfect place to romp, play, and picnic - guests will love the warmth of this home! The enclosed hot tub can be enjoyed any season and is truly a relaxing spot after a day of exploring. Only a block away is a fabulous viewpoint to see the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Beach access is across the street and just up the road past one house.. For easy access to sandy beaches, both Beverly Beach State Park to the north or Agate Beach State Wayside to the south are available via automobile.

Wonderful place for a large group, plenty of space and amenities (including two kitchens!) to keep everyone busy and happy. Darling bedrooms, comfortable beds and sitting areas, and the pool table was a hit! We appreciated the responsiveness of the host company.

It was a great location - close to Newport and surrounding areas and so nice to walk to hike down to the beach or see the sunset on the overlook. We had plenty of space for our extended family of three generations to spread out or hang out all together. Definitely recommend!

We had a girlfriends getaway. The home was comfortable for five adult women. Enough space for everyone! We enjoyed the hot tub and walked around the neighborhood and down to the beach. Great local spots for food as well. Communication was prompt. We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

We went with our family and another family. Had a great time. Simple but with lots of space, upper kitchen is complete with lower kitchen with fridge. Good play room downstairs. Separate building with pool table and common area up top. Just a short trail across the street down to a fairly secluded beach.

This home is simply stunning. The layout is great, kitchen is sizeable, it's fully stocked with everything you need, and communication from management was great. We especially loved the pool table and it's house.

Had a wonderful stay. House was big and we were all able to spread out. The bonus game room was large and allowed for more room. Bathrooms were nice. The place was very clean. It was as advertised. I would highly recommend.

Not only was it an escape from the heat, our family really enjoyed our stay at Lightkeepers Retreat! It was situated perfectly for us to take little trips to the waterfront, Nye Beach, and the lighthouse. We enjoyed making family dinners and relaxing in the spacious living room upstairs. This property had everything we needed for a chill mini family reunion and get away. We are already talking about visiting again!

Lightkeeper's Retreat is such a great space! The house has multiple seating areas and activity spaces so a big group can stretch out--- someone might be in the hot tub while another is on the sunny deck drinking coffee, kids are playing in the yard or watching tv or playing pool, while folks are gathering to chat or read in the living room. The building is older and funky, but full of personality and charm. We loved it.

All inclusive large family vacation rental! The separate garage converted to pool table on ground floor and surprising amazing dance, karaoke floor upstairs. Hot tub and backyard very private and lovely with plenty of outdoor tables and chairs with fire pit. We especially enjoyed the two benches overlooking the beach on first street to left. Watched whales everyday from there! The trail leading t down to each was right there and when we got to beach it was very quiet, private with a beautiful view of the Yaquinta light house.
