This is a perfect spot to soak up Nye Beach! Clean, spacious, and comfortable, unit 303 was everything we needed and wanted. So close to the beach, it was also a very short walk to shops and places to eat. We’ll be back!

This was the most wonderful stay for our family during our son’s spring break from OSU.From start to finish, communication was outstanding, clear, friendly, and timely. The condo is in the best location, with the ocean waves rolling in and out just outside the back deck. Restaurants, shops, and a museum are a short walk away. The sunsets are gorgeous, and there is plenty of shoreline for jogging, playing, and walking. We watched several families build sand castles and play fetch with their dogs. The condo is perfectly appointed inside and out. It has everything you need: soft, warm blankets, puzzles, games, beach chairs, little shovels, and buckets for a day on the sand.The decor is very, very nice. The furniture is comfortable and well taken care of, and the condo is immaculately clean.We highly recommend this fantastic rental. We’ll rent again. Thank you for being the perfect hosts.

We loved everything about this place. The view from the balcony is amazing. For us, it was a great spot to watch the sunset. The room is exactly as you see in the pictures, very nice accommodations and very well kept. There was only two of us so we had more than enogh room. It's in a great location too. You can park your car and forget about it for days while you explore the town and the beach. Two of our favorite places to eat (Nana's Irish Pub and Nye Beach Cafe) are within easy walking distance. Local Ocean is another favorite of ours and is less than a ten minute drive away. I will highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The condo was very comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect size and set up for our needs. It was very clean and I appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out. The view cannot be beat nor can the location as it's close to all Nye Beach has to offer. We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous view, very cozy and clean, spacious kitchen, no drama with assigned parking slots. I have a hard time sleeping away from home, not here-the beds were amazing! Morning coffee on the deck was a fave, easy access to the beach with a slight hike back up the sidewalk, but very do-able. There is a wash station right off the beach, before heading back which was a game changer when you want to enjoy the sand. Limited interaction with other guests, good privacy. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Perfect location with a majestic view of the ocean! We stayed here for the Newport marathon. The location was walking distance to the start line and we were able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. The view is breathtaking. Kitchen had all the basics for cooking. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and views on a large, long, quiet beach complete with art galleries, bars, bakeries, shops, and restaurants all within a few blocks. The accommodations were clean and uncluttered, but had everything we needed, and quiet. The sound of the sea were great. I would come back!

Fantastic location, right on the beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops in Nye Beach. It's a smaller unit but, they made the most of the available space in the living/dining area. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The primary has a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again

I love staying somewhere you can park and not have to get back in your car and this place is just that. It is the perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The condo was clean, spacious, had everything you need (except coffee) and an amazing view. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Using Sweet Home to secure our vacation rental was awesome. Their communication was detailed and seamless. Use of a tablet to complete the check-in process was most excellent. It did not require an additional phone call or email and one simply used an online questionnaire to complete check-in. Our unit was spotlessly clean, the property was exactly as described and a good value. We will definitely use them for future rentals.

Nye Stay exceeded my expectations. The view of the ocean from the third floor and proximity to restaurants, shops, galleries and beach was A+! You could walk everywhere. As East Coasters, we enjoyed the unique coast vibe with changing tides, fog, temperatures. We’d book again!

This place is great! Clean, comfortable and you can’t beat the view. We saw whales from the living room. We stayed here with our 15yr old son and 13 yr old daughter. Plenty of space and pretty much anything you need or want within walking distance.

This was an amazing place to stay at Nye Beach. We shared the property for 3 nights with some old friends. We were pleasantly surprised to have an elevator. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very easy to access with great instructions. It was very clean and we had everything we needed including a tea pot that I personally really appreciated. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset was icing on the cake!

This has been one of the best locations we have stayed at. Super easy check in and check out. And this place has everything even a crock pot plus kiddo bowls plates and utensils! Very nice, the place was so clean and airy and bright, everything was in order and ample fresh fluffy towels, supplies, everything. Beds were comfy and bathrooms fresh. It was easy to find (though it took us three days to realize there was an elevator). My only request would have been some dishtowels in the kitchen and more hooks to hang towels up. I hope we didn't track in too much sand. Would stay with Sweet Homes again.

Four of us enjoyed our time at Nye Stay, a lovely condo in Nye Beach/Newport, OR. The top floor condo was a perfect viewing point to the beach below and the ocean beyond. It was easy access to walk on the beach, to the many shops and restaurants in the area. The condo's two bedrooms were clean, well furnished and private. Loved having three bathrooms too! The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for our meals there. We appreciated the large table and comfy chairs for playing games and for dining. I highly recommend this place and Sweet Homes renal company for arranging our stay!

We loved staying there for 3 full weeks! The view was amazing, beach access easy, and great neighborhood restaurants and shops just blocks away. The condo is newly renovated and very comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. (Bring you own sharp knife and crab cracker, though.) Since it's on the 3rd floor, we were grateful to find the elevator to use while moving in and out. Otherwise, it was good exercise. Reliable WiFi allowed working long distance. Shops and restaurants required masks and followed safety measures due to Covid.

Nye Stay was the perfect weekend get away for a small family. The home was clean and inviting with all basic necessities stocked. The view of the ocean was what drew us here and pictures can do it no justice. Coffee on the balcony for sunrise and board games at the table during sunset. The location is entirely walkable, coffee, food, bars, and beach access. We'll be back again!

Perfect beach getaway

Highly recommend this place - You can't ask for a better location! We loved this condo - the views (even on a cloudy day) were spectacular. We did a lot of whale watching right from the balcony. We were also a stone's throw from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself was well equipped and very comfortable. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. We will be back!

Relaxing home away from home

Beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. Walk to local restaurants and coffee shop. Relaxing retreat for the family and plenty of space to lounge around and have your own quiet space to yourself. Beds were relaxing. Kitchen had everything you needed. Sand toys and chairs available. Perfect place for our family. Quick drive to Lincoln City, lighthouse, and other seaside restaurants.Hope we get to come back!!
