This quaint studio cottage stands alone on the property in building #4. Lined with windows it is a light and sunny room with abundant views of the Pacific Ocean. Relax at the table and do a puzzle, read a good book or watch a favorite movie when not out exploring the sandy beach. After a day of hiking and sight-seeing, curl up and get a good nights sleep in the king bed. This studio has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker, amongst other kitchen gadgets, so that you can enjoy meals in or go find one of the fabulous restaurants located along the coast. Sit outside on your own little patio and watch the moods of the ocean or listen to the wind in the trees.
Planning your stay with additional friends and family? There are eight more units available at Oregon House in case you need the room! The Oregon House can accommodate up to 30 people and is perfect for either a romantic getaway, a business retreat or a family reunion! The location makes the Oregon House the perfect home base for exploring the central Oregon coast.

Exceptional. One of the, if not the best Airbnb experience me and my wife have ever had. The property is immaculate, the unit spotless, the bed is huge and comfortable, strong wifi signal. The grounds keeper does a top tier job of keeping the property absolutely perfect. Falling asleep to the sound and view of the ocean was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. The beach itself was so amazing we did not want to leave. We waited until the very last minute to check-out because we didn’t want to leave. We will be back.. again and again.

Fantastic location and beautiful grounds - you cannot beat the 3 min walk to a private beach and amazing sunsets! You can see the ocean out the window and listen to the waves while you drink your coffee. :) The cute little “cottage” is essentially a nice stand-alone hotel room. The kitchen is relatively minimally equipped but had just enough to cook eggs and toast in the morning to suit our needs. Sweet Homes is a great host, very informative, responsive and friendly. Since others mentioned losing cell service, we downloaded info and maps ahead of time and with that everything went super smooth, easy to find and get in, no problems at all. So glad we chose to stay here and would really like to return some day!

Great quiet get away south of yachats. Lots of beaches to visit nearby and hiking opportunities. Very pretty outdoor space. Cabin is clean and well put together.

Beautiful space in a beautiful location! The location was perfect for a day trip to either Eugene or the Redwood National Forest. A lot of places to hike locally too. Laundry was included (you don’t need quarters!) and everything was immaculate. Great place to stay!

Beautiful view of the Ocean and surrounding forest. Clean, adequately equipped, and cozy get away. Just caution to read all texts and emails before arriving and even print out the emails and screen shot the texts as there is no internet or cell service until you are actually in the house. We made the mistake of not printing the emails or taking screen shots of the texts so had trouble getting in initially. Went down the road until we had service and then screen shotted our texts. Clear instructions and even was given notice in the emails and text about no service so it was all on us. Once we screen shot the text is was very easily to get into the house and set up. We had internet and cell service via wi-fi once we gained access to the house. Being remote was one of the attractive characteristics the booking. Just need to be prepared for such. Great place.

This was our second trip to The Oregon House. We absolutely love the setting. Sweet Homes is a wonderful company to work with and very responsive. We stayed in the cottage this time. It was quaint and the furnishings were well appointed. There was intelligence in what was offered within the space. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back to try yet a different space at The Oregon House again! Such a serene and beautiful setting.

The cottage at Oregon House was perfect. Just what I was looking for when I was planning our vacation and looking to visit the Pacific Ocean. The view was amazing. The benches on property were great for enjoying the view. Everything was exactly what we were looking for and we loved our time there.
