We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and found the accommodations amazing. Yes, the fridge is small, and there is only a microwave and toaster oven to cook with, but with the outdoor grill, we found that we had all that we needed. The location cannot be beat along 101 less than 10 miles from Yachats. With a short walk to the nearly private beach and a balcony overlooking the ocean, we couldn't have asked for more. The laundry room made a longer stay easier.

It was awesome. Excellent. We had good quiet people next to us the four days we were there. Everybody stayed to themselves pretty much but they were all nice. I would recommend anyone and everyone to check out the Oregon house for a night or a vacation. It’s worth it.

Amazing location, that’s what you’re paying for no doubt. The house was clean and fine, but nothing spectacular. The view, the property, and private access to the beach is what’s spectacular about this place. I would definitely return and recommend to others! It is a bit of a bummer to be further from town without an actual kitchen (ie you can’t buy a bunch of groceries to cook instead of going out for every meal because there is no stove or full fridge) but it is a quick drive up to yachats where there are plenty of places to eat. So nice to have a place to bring your dog with you on vacation and again, the direct beach access is perfect for those with dogs. The property is beautifully maintained with a nice big lawn to hang out on and enjoy the view.

Condo 5A was a great location for seeing the middle coast. Excellent beach access for great rock hunting and also sand play. The place was spotless, quiet, had a beautiful view, and was really comfortable. It was nice to have the extra half bath, too. I would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet retreat.

Can't beat the location, fantastic views and direct access to my favorite part of the coast. The space was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of space and everything we needed. It was a bit of a splurge for us but totally worth it, we were extremely happy with our stay.

The landscaped grounds, the postcard ocean view and accomodations were all we could ask for. The location was very peaceful and the private access to the beach led us to a mile or more of daily exercise and beachcoming opportunity. Low tides exposed lots of collectable rocks, which included the largest Oregon Coast agate we have found beachcoming over the years. Our stay was perfect and the location being near Cape Perpetua coupled with all the high tide crashing waves into the rocks and chasms was exactly what we were looking for. It was a very memorable birthday trip for my wife. I could not asked for more to make her time there a happy experience. The Yachats area is a gem and I'm sure we will be back.
