This lovely two-story duplex is at the end of a short gravel driveway on the Oregon House property. Set in a forest of pines and spruce, with ocean views, you will find this the perfect hideaway during your stay at the coast. This cozy one-bedroom home is on the north side of building 5. The bed and bath on the main floor has a big bay window where you can curl up and enjoy some quiet time. Head upstairs to the living area, grab a book or some binoculars, and watch for the wildlife that abounds in this peaceful space. This home has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker, amongst other kitchen gadgets. Open the sliding glass door and spend some time out on the deck amidst the towering trees. Need more room? Rent the other half of The Duplex #5A to sleep four more.
Planning your stay with additional friends and family? There are eight more units available at Oregon House in case you need the room! The Oregon House can accommodate up to 30 people and is perfect for either a romantic getaway, a business retreat or a family reunion! The location makes the Oregon House the perfect home base for exploring the central Oregon coast.

Duplex B was a good place to stay. Getting down to the beach is not easy. It’s not all stairs. There is a steep trail before getting to the stairs. It was manageable. No complaints about Duplex B.

We had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable and private (it’s a duplex but on the edge of the property). The ocean views and beach access were outrageously nice. The duplex is about 15 minutes from Yachats (we really liked Yachats Brewery, Bread and Roses, and Green Salmon) but it’s an easy and scenic drive. We also appreciated the recommendations for views/hiking in the guestbook all of which were nearby.

Great quiet spot. The Yachats address is a little fooling as you are a good 10 miles south of town. If you are hoping to walk to restaurants etc this isn’t the place. However great views. Extremely clean. Quiet and private. I’d stay again.
