This fun and chic one bedroom home, located in building 3 right below the Estate House, is perfect for enjoying some getaway time. The spacious living area is perfect for curling up with a good book, watching a favorite movie or for watching an approaching storm over the Pacific. The separate bedroom, with a comfy king bed, has an additional sitting area and television for some added privacy. This apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker, amongst other kitchen gadgets, so that you can enjoy meals in or go find one of the fabulous restaurants located along the coast.
Planning your stay with additional friends and family? There are eight more units available at Oregon House in case you need the room! The Oregon House can accommodate up to 30 people and is perfect for either a romantic getaway, a business retreat or a family reunion! The location makes the Oregon House the perfect home base for exploring the central Oregon coast.

Well maintained beautiful spot above the beach. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen sink is tiny and hard to wash dishes. Property management was great to communicate with. Quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, facing the ocean, soaking in the peace. Near to towns with good restaurants and gorgeous views at every turn. Our condo was comfortable and staff easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful location. The kitchen included an induction burner which was a nice addition to the microwave. We were able to cook more dishes and make ourselves at home. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment was very quiet. We loved the views of the ocean and proximity to a staircase leading directly to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view is gorgeous, the bed….beyond comfortable and the place was nice and clean and in a very private and secluded stretch off 101. If wifi and cell service are a big deal to you then this likely isn’t your place as signal is very spotty if at all. We weren’t able to get the Wi-Fi to work but it didn’t matter anyway. We truly had the best time here, we actually slept in for the first time in years and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, it’s a 15minute drive back into town so plan your meals accordingly
