Great place! Sweet grass area where you can sit and watch ocean. Our 2 year old was able to run around. Basically a private beach. Would stay again

We can’t say enough positive things about this property. We walked in and were greeted by Alexa playing soothing music…which just set the tone for a relaxing, heavenly stay. The studio was beautiful and the beach access was our favorite thing about the property! We definitely want to come back.

It is a lovely place to stay . This studio is cozy and very spacious to relax and enjoy the nature . We were impressed with the beautiful landscape and the view to the Ocean. We took advantage the access of the beach to walk . We would like to go back and spend more time next time. Definitely recommended.

Peaceful, perfect getaway with fantastic ocean view and beach access. Beautiful, light filled space was relaxing and welcoming. Minimal kitchen had just enough to cook for myself and the bed was comfortable. Despite the location right on Hwy 101, I didn’t hear much traffic noise over the lovely soothing sound of the ocean waves. From the location (direct access or short drive) I explored over 10 miles of beach walking between Yachats and Heceta Head Lighthouse.

We came to the Oregon coast to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and hoped to find a place on the water. This place was perfect for us, the views are stunning! We loved walking around the wooded propery near the water and taking the path down to the beach. We also enjoyed opening the door to listen to the waves. We saw a few lovely sunsets too. Also appreciated the fireplace to keep us warm when needed, and all the kitchen supplies so we didn't have to eat every meal out. It was also nice to be able to wash a load of laundry on site so we could pack less clothes. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come again! Thank you!

If you are looking for a cozy spot nestled in the woods with your own private beach this is the place. The room was very comfortable, great bed, warm gas fireplace up to date furnishings, and very workable kitchen if you wanted to cook yourself a few meals there too. Could not have been happier. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

Great views of the ocean, beautiful property, awesome location, great base for our exploring the pacific coast. We found the linens nice and the bed comfy (california king, I think). Though there was not a full conventional kitchen you could easily cook a full meal with extra-large toaster oven, induction hot plate, microwave and small fridge available. The binoculars were a nice touch.

It was more peaceful and beautiful than we had anticipated and one of our favorite Airbnb’s ever! The room was spacious, quiet, with a lovely view of the ocean. The large, private deck looked out on ocean and trees with the sound of the waves and the fresh ocean breeze—not too strong. We really appreciated the bed which was firmer than most and just what we needed. The kitchen was functional and clean, though a bit sparse, and the fridge is small. It has a private stair down to a lovely beach and the grounds around the homes are well kept. It was hard to find because the GPS points you to the wrong place on the map, a couple of miles off! So make sure you follow the directions they provide and you will have no problem finding it. It’s right off of highway 101 and clearly marked. We are so glad we didn’t just stay one night as a stop in our trip. It deserved more time. Highly recommended!

The unit was great and the views were spectacular. We're both almost 70 but the stairs didn't pose an issue. If you're elderly like us, pay attention to the stair warning, they are a bit steep. We would definately stay here again.
