This house is well appointed with dining-ware, cooking items, towels etc. The hot tub is exceptional! The BBQ worked well, and the game room was well used. We loved the access to the beach, a journey to the beach everyday through a fern lined path. Lovely! We had 3 other houses on the beach and would meet all for a beach walk daily. What a wonderful house and excellent hosts. Thank you, Sweet Homes!

Our family of 10 had a really great time at Seal Rock. House was great, we had a few issues or it would have been perfect. We will come back. I was surprised by how much we loved the beach at Seal Rock. Will return.

We had a lovely time at this property. The access to the beach was easy. The rooms were spacious. The host was helpful. This location is a nice upgrade to a beach trip with easy access to many local activities.

This house is possibly the most spacious house we have ever stayed at. And it is located on a private road halfway between Newport and Waldport, so we had the wide beach almost to ourselves at any time of the day. A beautiful little hike through the woods to get to the beach (accessible to all but our 80+ grandparents). Great tide pools within walking distance. Saw 2 resident bald eagles, 1 osprey fishing, 1 great blue heron, 1 whale and lots of coastal birds. The house itself was in great shape. All the beds were comfortable, lots of room for everyone to spread out, and a dining table that sat all of us! Only one refrigerator for 14 (a little tight), and only12 forks...plenty of other supplies/utensils. The dishwasher was functional- we didn't overload it, and it worked fine. Great game room in the garage, and lots of space for us to store our bicycles. Very communicative hosts. Easy wifi and tv/cable usage. Couldn't have been nicer. Thank you!

This was a wonderful home with plenty of room to spread out. Fun little walking path for a short adventure down to the beach. Property managers communicated well and timely. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s hard to find a house that has five separate bedrooms. We have four adult children and ourselves to accommodate, so it was nice that everyone had their own space. All the rooms were very spacious. Great kitchen and large dining room to accommodate us all. Awesome view of the ocean.

We had a wonderful time at the house from the game room to the hot tub! Such a wonderful experience and such a beautiful house. Overall my favorite thing about the house is the beautiful ocean views. Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

Wonderful location. We loved the trail to the beach, super fun and easy to get to. Sweet Homes was wonderful at communication from beginning, to end. Beds were comfortable and rooms were massive with a lot of space! We were very satisfied with out stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was perfect fit for our group, with an ample amount of space, large kitchen which accommodated our meal preparation for 10-12 people (and spectacular views) We spent several hours of fun in the game room playing table tennis, pool and air hockey as it was a rainy and blustery weekend, but when the sun did shine through, we were able to make it down to the beach through the beautiful beach access - a very fun and scenic mini hike through the woods down to the beach (bring some good hiking shoes) - your pup will also love it! The house was very clean, and we could not have asked for a better property to accommodate us all (the only downside is that we never got to use the hot tub as it was to blustery/rainy). Thank you Sweet Homes for sharing this property with us, and we would love to stay here again for our group's next Oregon Coast adventure!

We held our cousins Christmas here this year and we're very happy. This is a big house with room for multiple people. While you can tell this is a property loved by many, it was clean and orderly with good furniture. We would stay here again!

The home was great, it's very big and the views are amazing. It was perfectly clean upon check-in and given the current Covid restrictions we never questioned the safety of our family. The property manager Kari was very communicative nd made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended and we will book with them again.

The house was beautiful. plenty of space for large family or gathering of friends. We could see the whale migration out the windows of the home (without binoculars). The house was very well stocked with all essentials in every room. We greatly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave it.

Outstanding holiday time with family. The house fit our needs perfectly.

The forest-like walk down to the beach was awesome. Beach access in no more than 5 minutes. Unbelievable views! Enough room for 12 people to be entirely comfortable. We would use this rental again!
