This dog friendly seaside escape has a spacious open concept floorplan that is bright, airy and will immediately capture your attention with the amazing views from just about any spot in the home. The ample living area features a 70" HD Smart TV with cable and plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa. You can watch a sporting event or a good movie from the comfort of the home. The dining area has plenty of room for you to enjoy meals or a rousing board game after dinner. Cook up a favorite meal in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy family time! The master suite with a king bed, and HD Smart TV also with cable, and an ensuite bathroom is sure to be a relaxing space. Step out onto the deck from your own sliding patio door and unwind in the hot tub, watch the sunset or view the stars. The second bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twins with prior notice. This bedroom also has a smart TV with cable and blue ray player to enjoy a late-night movie. A second full bathroom is available for additional privacy.

This was a wonderful experience. The quiet, spacious, open plan of a set up was extremely peaceful, clean, and relaxing--with excellent light and a direct, wall-sized window view of the beach and ocean from the comfortable couch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the nautical themes. The location is VERY close to the precious gem of a town, and yet it's very private and tucked away. the deck and hot tub were in excellent condition. The two requests we would have are for screens on all the windows and a collander in the kitchen. What a great place. We will be back.

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful location. We were there at the height of winter, with alot of rain and grey skies and blustery ocean, and still it was a beautiful spot to look out at the ocean, walk on the beach, and enjoy the place. The inside is easy, comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back.

Great location for a small group just a few steps from miles of beach. Or, stay inside and enjoy the view of pelicans flying over the waves. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fabulous beach stay!! The house was perfect, right on the beach. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. Our dogs enjoyed having a large backyard to run around in as well. It is so nice finding such a great place that allows our fur children to come too. The house was perfect for us to lounge around, barbecue, watch the deer and wildlife in the backyard. It was a perfect relaxing trip for us. I do wish the sliding doors had a screen so we could have enjoyed the door open with the fresh air and sound of the waves. But it was a perfect trip for our little family! We will be back!!

My family and I had just a short time to enjoy ourselves and this was the perfect spot. Clean, bright, comfortable. We had a little hiccup with the AC unit as it was very hot outside and the property manager was right on it. We won't hesitate to return and we really enjoyed ourselves. I have 14yr old and 10yr old boys and a 2-yr old dog. Our dog is thoroughly depressed that we are no longer at the beach house...and we are too! Thank you for the great stay hope to return soon.

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful, spacious home steps from a sandy beach with views you will never tire of! Comfortable, impeccably clean home with a well stocked kitchen. Easy access to town & local attractions. Highly recommend Luna Seafood Restaurant (both locations) & Chubby Lil Mermaid in Seal Rock for homemade soup, 1/4 lb. cookies, & Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls.

My spouse and I stayed for 6 days at Sandy Seclusion--soaking in the hot tub, walking on the beach with our 2 dogs, gazing at the night sky full of stars, playing board games on the big dining table, shopping up and down the coast, and eating great food at local eateries. The house was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and well equipped. We loved the sliding glass doors that open onto the huge deck from the master bedroom, and we are fans of the well stocked book shelves. We will definitely reserve this beautiful home again.

Even amidst some pretty strong NW storms the views from our home away from home were spectacular! Sweet Homes went above and beyond and displayed incredible customer service in helping us adjust our dates last minute when major storms and airline cancellations on Christmas weekend were affecting the entire country! The house had everything my family needed to enjoy our Christmas stay! Movies by firelight, perfect kitchen table for puzzle and games and a well stocked kitchen! One of the best things was the nice clean hot tub - we used it a lot! Plenty of space to spread out and lots of extra bedding! Even with nearly nonstop rain and wind Yachats did not disappoint! Great eats at Yachats brewing and the Drift Inn Cafe, spectacular views all along the coast with Thor’s Well, Spouting Horn and Devils Churn and just enough dry time to catch a hike at Cape Perpetua. Finishing our visit at Green Salmon Coffee was the perfect end to a few great days! Thank you Sweet Homes!

What a VIEW!!! Wow!!! Amazing open concept house full of windows to the ocean!!! We LOVED the private location and the beach. Wonderful hot tub, deck, and yard. Amazing library, games, puzzles and toys. Fantastic kids beach toys as well! Cozy gas fireplace. On demand hot water faucet in kitchen great for making baby bottles. Huge amazing dining room table great for food and games. Very comfy couches, great TVs and fast wifi. Super easy access to the beach. Great responsive management company. Everything was well done. Overall, we LOVED this house and are looking to come back. It’s worth every penny and then some. We have been going to Cannon Beach every year for years. Now we can’t wait to get back to Yachats. The town and miles of beach is extraordinary. Wonderful Vacation and Gorgeous Home!!!

From the moment I walked into the home I felt relaxed. That's what a vacation is for afterall to relax and unwind. The soft music playing the neatness of this home. Then there is that view... WOW!!!! The beach was so beautiful. My pups and I enjoyed it so much. I spoke to a couple of locals and they were saying how "busy" it was. Well coming from Southern California, it was EMPTY. Maybe a couple of people walking by every hour or so. Perfect location for me!! Everything was as described and more. I look forward to another stay.

This was an extremely clean and comfortable rental. It is right off the highway which was one downside however once the doors and windows were closed it was silent. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the beach and the hot tub. It was quite child friendly as well. We are definitely coming back!

Our family loved the little house. The access to the beach was easy and close, and we enjoyed the sunsets every night from the hot tub. It was central for crabbing, the aquarium, whale watching and light houses! It was also stocked with so many things, even shampoo and conditioner :)

Our family of five (one baby) had a happy time here in the last days of Dec. Yachats is very neat (a few eateries close for all of January; head up) and the nearby hikes are exquisite. The beachfront even had a decomposing whale which was truly astonishing! The house is warm and cozy with an epic collection of dvds, books, and games. The kids even discovered a pirate chest filled with kid booty which is so darn cute. The beds are a little soft and saggy. Showers were great, hot tub great, and everything was so clean (including outside). Wild surf and tides so watch that. We would come back.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay here in July. The weather was perfect, so that influenced our good time. The home is perfect for the beach, with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean, a large deck with comfortable chairs and gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked with needed supplies for cooking at home, and the washer and dryer were welcome. The large lot affords privacy, and we appreciated having the backyard and ocean access to ourselves. The beach starts at the end of the property, and the surf edge is a short walk. The home was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciate that it was per friendly. The one drawback for us is that the house sits very close to Highway 101, and there was a lot of road noise, but we realize that goes with the location on that stretch of beach. We would definitely rent this vacation home again. It was our best stay at the beach in many years.
