Come and stay and 'Seas the Moment' where you can take full advantage of a coastal vacation! This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is thoughtfully decorated with modern and clean black -and-white decor, buttery wood tones and plush materials that create an airy, open feel which is perfect for relaxing. The two hammock chairs at the front of the house offer a peek of the Pacific Ocean and you will feel like you are floating on the clouds. Take time to meditate, take a nap or read a good book!

You'll find a large great room that's sure to be the gathering place for friends and family, a flat screen TV over the gas fireplace, and a wide-open floor plan. The stylish kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare meals during your stay with a farmhouse sink, black fixtures, and butcher block counter tops. The large dining room table provides seating for everyone along with additional seating at the kitchen island for 2. The primary bedroom suite is perfect for spoiling yourself with a king bed and large ensuite bath. A freestanding soaking tub, a vessel sink and a tiled walk-in shower with a rain head will be sure to please! On the other side of the house are two more bedrooms and a shared bath in the hallway.

At Seas The Moment, you can also take advantage of those cool, Oregon coast evenings and hang out at the firepit where you and your crew can sit back, relax and enjoy! The hot tub is the perfect place to unwind and watch the night sky. Just a short trip down the hill and you will find plenty of parks along the highway with easy beach access. Between Waldport and Yachats, this is the perfect launching point for your coastal adventures. With plenty of privacy and a quiet neighborhood, this wonderful home is a sure delight for all!

This was one of my favorite airbnbs to date. The home was spotless and gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed to make whatever we wanted (we ended up making a German chocolate cake on a rainy day). This house was better than the photos and that was surprising given that the photos are very attractive. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable, cozy and made you want to settle in and relax. The place was clean. The backyard fire pit and hot tub were great amenities. The backyard is fenced if you bring your dog and the view of the ocean from the front covered porch in the hammock chairs were a great place to sip coffee and breathe in the fresh ocean air. We would love to return in the future!

I will absolutely be staying with Sweet Homes again!! We LOVED this rental, it had every amenity you could think of, a fully fenced in back yard for the dogs, well stocked kitchen and house with lots of towels and linens! This was the comfy vacation of my dreams! Lots to do in the surrounding area as well as just relaxing at the house! We will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful inside and out. The yard was amazing especially with a dog. Everything you could wish for in the kitchen, amazed to find a zester and a juice squeeze amazing! The road to the property is starting to be a challenge but some of that is due to weather.

The home was beautiful, secluded and peaceful. We saw bald eagles nesting in the trees nearby and had a family of 6 deer roaming in the area, including the front yard! Hot tub was wonderful. The house is brand new and stocked with everything you could need while staying there. Our family had a great long weekend on the coast, and we're hoping to come back in the years to come!

I visited with my nephew and 2 service dogs. I absolutely loved this rental. I loved the layout and how clean it was. The baseboards could use some work but otherwise clean. The hot tub was a plus, and it had Bluetooth speakers. My dogs were able to roam the yard and come inside as they pleased. I loved the layout and the amenities.

We loved this home. It had all we needed. The kitchen was very stocked! All the baking dishes, mixing bowls, utensils, and pans I could hope for. Beds were nice. Living space perfect. Our dog loved the big yard and so did we. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We had plenty of towels. We even completed some of the puzzles provided. I have no complaints about this house. This was a beautiful home away from home as we gathered with our families who haven't seen each other in a while. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this home, property, location, and Sweet Homes management. The home is beautiful, clean, and updated. Everything we needed in the kitchen to make all our meals. Great fenced backyard for our pups. Huge central living area & sofa to curl up for a movie or read a book when it was cold or rainy outside. Could watch the waves from the living room every morning while drinking our coffee. Perfect central location for exploration up to Newport/Waldport and/or down the coast to Yachats/Florence. Sweet Homes went above & beyond in communication and customer service; immediately responsive to any questions or needs. We highly recommend this listing and we hope to return ourselves.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The management company, Sweet Home, was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. The house is new and very well laid out. We loved the heated floors and fire place. The house is a very short walk to a wonderful beach. We had lovely walks every morning and evening along the beach. We had a dog with us. The house has a large fenced yard which worked well for the dog. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans and utensils. We would definitely stay here again.
