Perfect place to stay in Newport! Walkable distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The Airbnb was extremely clean and tastefully furnished/decorated. Beautiful view from the large windows. My husband and I stayed with our two children, ages 6 & 8 and the unit was a great fit for us. I also really liked that it has bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Description of property was spot on! Loved the view, the convenience and cant wait to book for a longer stay next year! Kitchen was perfect for cooking the fresh fish we went across the street and bought from the fishermen! Everything you could need to have a fabulous meal! Highly recommend this unit, just be prepared for almost 6 short flights of steps to the unit but worth it!

Best location with a beautiful view! The apartment is spacious and clean. I can’t imagine having a prettier view. You can look out and see the boats, water, bridge, and sea lions! When the windows are closed you can’t hear the sea lions (won’t wake you up!) there was plenty of room for us to sprawl out. The only issue we had was that it was difficult for us to figure out which door to go into to get into the building. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was located in the middle of it all. We walked everywhere. Had great meals out and great coffee in. Wish there were more Christmas boats to see. Excellent stay overall.

This was likely my favorite find. It was so beautiful and cozy and the view was really unmatched. Just adored the property. I loved the kitchen and cooked a delicious cioppino with local seafood. I really hated to leave! It was unbelievable waking up to the view from that bay window.

Sweet homes did an amazing job!!! I had one of the worst weeks of my life in Newport. Ended up having an emergency surgery on my second day and spent about 30 hours in the ICU (not at all how I pictured my first family vacation). SweetHomes allowed my wife and I a later checkout, this meant the world to us. The only good part of the trip was the Airbnb. The full kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pillows, and a beautiful view.

Great place! Very clean and great views. lots of stairs so be prepared for that. We like climbing the stairs because we had been eating at all of the great restaurants near by. Pretty simple check in and check out instructions. Not a lot of chores to do at check out like most airbnbs.

This was an amazing vacation spot! Beautiful view of the water and we could walk to all the fun things that we wanted to do. We are both chefs and were super impressed at how stocked the kitchen was. If you love to cook this room is for you. The bed was super comfy and it was a surprise bonus that we had a small patio to look out at the water. The only down side was it was on the 5th floor and after a long day it was tiring to walk up and down all those stairs! But it’s the price you pay for a view. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to a friend!

This lovely, clean, beautifully situated apartment exceeded our expectations! The online description was spot on, the Host provided clear instructions, the on-site property manager was cheerfully helpful, and the accommodations were fabulous! Wonderful views overlooking the historic bay front harbor on Yaquina Bay made it hard to leave our comfy front room overlook. But there was so much to see and do within walking distance... the interesting comings and goings of fishing boats, restaurants, shops, galleries... harbor seals, gulls, bald eagles, and seabirds. And close proximity to Oregon Coast Aquarium and Yaquina Bay State Park! We are planning to return and will recommend to friends. Loved this place!

Amazing view!! Room well decorated and loved having access to a full kitchen even though we didn’t use it, the food on the bay was incomparable with what we could have cooked. 10/10 will stay here again. And be sure to check out Clearwater on the bay too!! The bread pudding is the cherry on top of the view

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the views were outstanding. It was so much fun watching the birds on the water each morning. The condo was decorated very fashionably and there were plenty of towels and condiments. I loved looking out the bay window at night with a wonderful glass of wine. Place was very quiet and the shops and restaurants were in very close proximity. We will definitely book the rental again. Thank you for our stay.

This home was one of my favorite parts about our trip! Not only was exploring Newport for the first time so much fun, but staying right on the Marina with incredible views was more than I could have wished for. It was so clean and provided us with the necessities to get us started on our trip, I can't wait to come and visit again ;)

The location is the best. Easy, short walk to all the shops and restaurants on the waterfront along the harbor. There are a lot of stairs (we were in unit #5) but we are in our 70's and managed it just fine. The view is wonderful. The condo front room window looks right at the harbor and the beautiful bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
