Enjoy morning breakfast on the covered east deck where the sunrise will take your breath away. The bay comes alive as the sun and beautiful colors illuminate the Alsea Bay Bridge. The upper deck on the west side has an ocean view hot tub! The beach access is very easy with steps from both levels right to the sand. Head south on the beach and explore the excitement at the mouth of the Alsea River where it spill into the ocean. This area is very popular for crabbing and salmon fishing. Watch the boats haul in their catch. You are likely to see our resident seals basking on the sand and playing in the surf. Head north on the beach and you can walk for miles and miles!
Upstairs is a large great room fabulous for entertaining and spending time together. There is a large, well-appointed kitchen with plenty of counter space, a huge breakfast bar and dining table. A slider to the deck and easy access to the barbeque and beach. Plenty of comfortable seating including 2 sofas, one that converts to a sleeper, and a huge flat screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor which includes the master suite. There is also a shared full bath and a powder room. The ground floor entrance opens up to a large family room with another flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, mini fridge for game day snacks and beverages, and full laundry with access right out to the beach, along with the garage converted into a game room with shuffleboard and ping pong. There are 3 more bedrooms and 2 shared full baths.
Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.
Sleeps up to 8 - 6 Bedrooms, 6 Kings (5 can be split in to twins with prior notice), 2 Queen sleeper sofas; in the living area and 1 in the great room, 4.5 Bath.
Vehicles: Licensed for 5 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules.
Standard: 3 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Stunning part of the coast and access to a mostly deserted beach right from the house. Nice big bedrooms. Views of town and bridge on one side of the house and looks over sand dunes on the other side. Not that many good restaurants nearby but we enjoyed Ona in Yachats.

Lovely home. We had a lovely time. Neighborhood was quiet and we were as well. Weather was sunny and we enjoyed the coastal weather. We found alot of things to do in the area. Family meals were made together in the home which made for great memories.

Our group of 8 adults and 3 youngs kids were very comfortable in this large beachhouse. Hot tub, ping pong and right on the beach, and it's centrally located to many local attractions. we had a very good time. We saw whales from the kitchen and sea lions in the river from the front balcony. The home is clean, well equiped and supplied and very comfortable for big gathering and has some cool, get away spaces, too. We would rent again.

Great trip to the coast with friends - plenty of room and perfect location. We loved this spot and will definitely book again! Beach out front was perfect for morning walks. It’s close to the houses next door but felt very private. Ample parking, very clean and roomy for our group of 5 adult couples enjoying a reunion trip on the coast. Upstairs has large common area and open kitchen with everything we needed.

It was nice that they recommended us to bring our own supplies such as spices, extra paper towels, etc as we were a large group and did need them. The hot tub on the deck was a fabulous feature! Home is beautifully decorated with generous supply of towels and linen. Actually much closer to beach than we expected, short walk outside back door. Game room equipment was in excellent condition and super fun for the kids at night. Nice BBQ area on rear deck overlooking the beach across from the hot tub. We look forward to visiting again.

Christmas at the beach was delightful and at the same time a little bit odd. We usually head to the mountains (Black Butte or Sunriver). We did not expect to have snow AND WE DID! Oh the weather outside was frightful but being with family was delightful! The kitchen was very well stocked (a new can opener is needed though). Mother Nature was fierce so we did not get to walk the beach or use the hot tub as planned. Otherwise a very delightful experience.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable space! Actual ocean views are limited but the access to the beach is easy and picturesque. The kitchen is well-stocked and cooking for a large group was easy. The beds are super comfortable and the linens cozy. Really a great place for a large group.

We visited in December with our family of teens and pre-teens. It was a great space with lots of room for all, including those who needed private space and those who enjoy the company of anyone. We walked to the bridge and found lots of little crabs. The closeness to the bay is wonderful for watching seals and the views of the bridge a nice treat. Great house - highly recommend.

We loved the high quality of this home and the location. There are two floors, each with 3 bedrooms and a family/living room. This meant that our tweens/teens could congregate on the lower floor and play their video games on their tv, while us adults chilled upstairs. Plentiful bathrooms (4 full and 1 half) meant there was never waiting and there was a large well-stocked kitchen for meal prep. Add to that star-gazing from the hot tub overlooking the beach, and it was the ideal getaway for all of us.

Beautifully decorated, relaxing and comfortable house that accommodated us quite well!
We had an amazing stay at this house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were tastefully decorated in their own way. Obviously a lot of time and money went into making this house a sight to behold. All the artwork and decorations were wonderful to look at. The kitchen was large enough for us to work in with 12 plus people moving around. Being so close to the beach was amazing for early or late evening walks and the sunsets right off the back porch were spectacular. We had an amazing time visiting with our relatives in this house and we would love to come back.
