Listen to the babbling of nearby Ten Mile Creek or the ocean waves which will lull you to sleep in the luxurious queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy the soothing and sophisticated decor. The open floor plan invites you to enjoy conversation and cooking together where you can whip up a favorite meal or gather take out at one of the coasts' fantastic restaurants.
Across the two-lane highway is an excellent beach access to Stonefield Beach which is coveted by the locals for agates, jasper and petrified wood. The Surf Perch is conveniently located between Florence and Yachats and is an easy launching point to Heceta Head Lighthouse, Sea Lion Caves, and hiking in old growth forests! The Surf Perch is the perfect place to stay to explore all the beautiful aspects of the central Oregon coast.
The Surf Perch sleeps 2 but if you're a larger group you can add the adjacent Stonefield Beach House which sleeps another 6 guests and is a chic cousin to the Surf Perch. Both homes are private but part of the same property.
Sleeps up to 2 - Studio with 1 Queen; 1 bath.
Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (Strictly enforced)
Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

It’s a beautiful little place, so quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed the space and loved that it was dog friendly. Being across the highway from the beach was great. We got there when it was dark, so it was a little difficult to find but well worth it! Will definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed for five nights. We had a wonderful experience. Everything was easy, The space is charming and clean. Felt like home away from home immediately. Easy check in process. So close to the beach. Pretty ocean views. Privacy. Was the perfect central Oregon Coast lodging. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay again.

It was even better than expected. There have been additions & upgrades since the listing photos were taken. Very comfortable bed and new sofa. WiFi worked great for me and I was able to get a lot of work done. Beautiful ocean and sunset views. So rare to find a beautiful and clean space that’s dog-welcoming.

Absolutely stunning wee home. The view is so soothing, and the home is decorated in the coziest fabrics and beautiful touches. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Loved the sweetness of the back yard and the east access to the beach. So grateful for our stays. Thank you!!

Sweet Home was the perfect quaint stay. Loved the quiet beach just steps out the door, and the beautiful outdoor area behind the apartment. Lots of light and ocean views. Had no trouble with the internet at the place (cell service is spotty in the whole area between Yachats and Florence but we were informed ahead of time and planned accordingly). Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thanks so much!

Beautiful, smart small studio above the garage. The view is spectacular and the location was along one of my favorite stretches of 101. I love the smart design of the decor also. Bed and couch were very comfy. It’s tricky finding the address. It’s almost directly across from the entrance to Stonefield Beach. Although dogs are allowed, the beach had warmings that dogs should not be on the beach due to a marine illness. Enjoy!

Wonderful spot, right on the coast. Very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Easy check in process. The only thing missing was coffee since the nearest coffee shops are a bit of a drive away. Highly recommend this lovely spot.

I didn’t expect a small studio to fit me, my dog, and friend. More than enough space for all 3 of us. Only regret is making it a 3 night stay, instead of a week. First time in Oregon and it met my expectation. Location was just perfection. Dog and I really enjoyed the beach across the street twice, sometimes three times a day. Yes Wi-Fi was spotty and we didn’t have service unless we entered the city. This place really helped me disconnect from the hectic life I have in California. Spotty Wi-Fi was def a pro and not a con in my opinion. Comfortable bed and couch. Beautiful living area and kitchen. Great breeze coming in. Really couldn’t complain about anything. Will definitely come back again and recommend!

Place was great! Super comfortable for the two of us. Great location across from the beach yet still felt tucked away in the woods. Beach was beautiful with easy access. The room or studio itself was super well furnished for its size and had all the amenities you could need minus ac. Although across from the ocean it got a little warm before bed as the warmer temps stay until late as sunset was just around 9pm! (Don’t take a hot shower before bedtime.) overall felt it was a good reason I had a first time visiting Oregon and recommend, especially being dog friendly!

Perfectly timed visit to escape the Portland heat. Having the beach directly across the highway was great for dog runs. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. Recommend to others.
