We enjoyed this cozy cottage with front row seats to a very amazing storm system. We are thankful for the little heaters and cozy beds with good blankets. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big picture window to just sit and meditate on the wonders of the sea.

First, due to a rift in the space time continuum the check in didn’t go as smooth as one predicts. A quick call and within ten minutes a property manager let us in the house. It was pretty stormy and wi-fi went down disabling the key pad. The house was perfect for either 1-4 people at least. The beach was mere feet away from the back porch. Funny thing is that the King Tides were in town and we didn’t hit any beaches hardly! We wanted a place besides our standard and up the coast from Brookings. We wanted to try new scenery and we got it. We visited places we hadn’t been too yet and really enjoyed ourselves. The house is perfect. The shower is nice, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and comfortable furniture. The view of the ocean was beautiful through the large back window. There seems to be plenty of parking. Checkout was a breeze with very minimal chores to do unlike other places I’ve been at. Stay here folks, you won’t regret it!

The cabin was exactly as advertised. Very cozy and warm with a million dollar view. The walk down to the beach is a little tricky if you have difficulty walking on wet rocks, but for most folks it shouldn't be a problem in the right shoes. We've stayed in houses managed by Sweet Homes Vacation Getaways in the past and will 100% do so again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights at the beginning of March. It was beautiful despite the gale force winds we had for 2 of the days. The fireplace lite in the living room was nice to have going while we cooked and built small wood models. We left one behind for hopes it'll be there the next time we stay here.

Perfect place right on the beach! The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the deck is wonderful to sit in and enjoy the ocean.

Loved you can step outside and walk along a 7 mile stretch of beach or hike into Yachats using the 804 trail. The team at the management company were quick to respond and extremely helpful with questions before our arrival. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and the view was wonderful. We really enjoyed our time and plan on returning.

We thoroughly our stay at the Beachwood Cottage! Being right on the beach is fantastic. We saw 100 whale spouts! The deck facing the ocean is completely protected from the howling north winds, making sunbathing a charm!

Great place to rest your bones! Nothing quite like sleeping on the coast. This home has all the amenities to support us for a week! We loved cooking in the kitchen while watching boats on the ocean.

This is a wonderful place to stay. My wife and 5 year old daughter stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Except for the couple of neighboring houses, it feels secluded. The wifi signal was strong, but my phone signal (Verizon) was very weak until I drove closer to either Yachats or Waldport, but this didn't bother me. The steps down to the beach could possibly be tricky for someone who has trouble getting around, but if you don't have any major mobility challenges (wheelchair, cane, walker, etc), it's very easy. There were some reviews which lead me to believe that it might be difficult, but it really wasn't at all. One evening, 2 deer walked right up from the beach past the front window while we were eating! Try to avoid arriving at night, because the road leading to the house is small, which makes it hard to see from the road. Once you have an idea of where it is, it's not too hard to see, but I can imagine that if you arrived at night and weren't familiar with the area, it could be hard to locate. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. While we were driving there, they called to let us know that the place was ready and we could check in early if needed. We would definitely stay  there again and would be very comfortable staying at a Sweet Homes Property.

Great cottage on the beach in Yachats. First time staying in a Sweet Home and we will be looking for these rentals in the future, especially when visiting the OR coast. No complaints, just kudos to the local Sweet Home team members for making our stay so wonderful. Steps down to the beach weren't that bad.

Location is incredible. Expansive ocean view. Beautiful construction of place with many cozy sitting stations. Functional small kitchen that's well stocked with what we needed for three nights stay. The tablet check in and kind host made all of the trip very smooth. We would stay here again! This place offers beach to roam and is so close to Yachats. We did take out from Ona and Luna (both recommended). This place was perfect for a coast getaway!

Super cute, cozy house right on the beach. It's directly off 101, but down a long driveway and you wouldn't even know the road is there. Awesome ocean views out of the giant windows. FYI, the wifi is via an extender from another house, and can be spotty - works fine for webpages and email, but be warned that it's not reliable for things like Zoom calls (hopefully you're there for fun and not work, and that won't matter!). Great little cabin though, and definitely would stay again.

Beachwood Cottage...Love this place! This is our second time staying at this location. We love it there! Great location and easy access to the beach. The beach that fronts this property is a large sandy beach that is great for playing in the water.....if not too cold. This cottage has a great deck to relax on as well. Only a couple of miles north of Yachats.

My son and I stayed here last year as a last summer hooray before school started. We loved it so much, we re-booked it again this year. We're so excited to return!!! It's the perfect cozy spot that's close to everything yet pulls you away to hide in the cottage next to the ocean that's nestled in the trees...

Beachwood Cottage was the perfect place for our group of four. It had everything we needed to relax in front of a fire, BBQ dinner, watch the sunset over the water from the deck, walking on the beach right from the back door,and have a nice relaxing breakfast before heading out for hiking!. Laundry, towels, kitchen stocked with all the tools and cooking needs, games, and even a kite! We would highly recommend!

We love your cottage! Had such a great time we came for a family wedding, but it's not our first trip to Yachats. We travel here once per year and have now found our favorite nook. Can't wait to bring the kiddos back to this enchanting spot.

We stayed for about a week at this nice house. We were amazed by the huge windows that gave view to the ocean. Good weather, bad weather - it did not matter: the view was amazing! The chairs and couch comfy, our son playing on the wooden floor - all nice! The house was in great shape, beds + bathroom well equipped. The outside BBQ was used almost daily. The beach access was priceless. If we come back to the Oregon coast, we'll check in at that place!
