With 4 large bedrooms (all with queen beds) and additional sleeping available in the game room, this home sleeps 6 people and is perfect for vacations with family and friends. There are also 3 bathrooms, and a large game room with a ping pong table. The lovely open kitchen, dining room, and living room area looks out over the ocean for a view that can't be beat. This home has lots of windows to let the sunshine in, or to watch Oregon's dramatic storms on rainy days. The home is both comfortable and spacious: it has two TVs with cable, free WiFi and all the necessary bedding, towels, and kitchenware that you might need. If you enjoy watching the waves roll in, or star gazing over the ocean, this home is perfect! You can step out the door, sit on the deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. Or, if you're more adventurous, go into town, digging for clams, fly a kite, or catch crab in the Alsea Bay. This beautiful, beachfront home in the sand has something for everyone to enjoy!
Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

This place was beautiful. Our family loved staying an entire week here and loved that we could walk right out the back door to having the sand meet our feet straight to the ocean. There were ample board games and movies and a great games room which we all enjoyed. The bedrooms were decorated so nice like we were at home. We will definitely look to book this place again.

This house right on the beach was fantastic! The beach walk from the house was perfect. Very few people on the beach. Very romantic! The house was very clean, having everything we needed. Great wood burning stove and large screen tv to watch movies late at night! I would highly recommend this place and the property manager.

Very nice property! The beds and linens were very comfortable. I'm especially pleased there was a real coffee maker and grinder instead of a Kuereg. The Netflix already programed on the TV was nice. Also handy to be able to pull right into the garage and access the lower floor. However, the 18 steps to get up to the living area was a surprise. It seemed the last step down off the deck was missing. Enjoyed our week and watching the ocean and walking the empty beach.

This was a great rental. It was clean with more than enough space. There’s a handy tablet on the wall with extra information in addition to area information that we found helpful. If you stay, be sure to bring seasoning and oil as it is only stocked with salt, pepper, and olive oil spray but we didn’t mind. The game room was a great place to hang in the evenings.

Pictures were accurate; home was bright and open. The house was very clean. My child appreciated the Roku that was hooked up the TV, and all of us were impressed by the amount of board games available. Everyone agreed that all the beds were very comfortable. This home has three master bedrooms, so not having to share a bathroom was extremely nice. There were plenty of towels left in each bathroom. The check-in tablet that Sweet Homes uses was very helpful in providing fast information about checking out; this was the first time a rental I’ve stayed at has a check-in tablet and it was really convenient. I would book this home for a future getaway if I’m able. Thank you!

Excellent views of beach and room for our whole family. Just wish the master bedroom blinds worked. Our grandson enjoyed the loft, thought he was camping. Saw lots of whales and seals from the living room. Even used the binoculars left for our use to get a better view..

The beds are super comfy, the location and access to the beach are excellent, as is the view from the upper living space. The house is certainly worn around the edges over the years and could do with an update to the kitchen. Lots of steps to reach the upper living space, kitchen, and two ensuite bedrooms. Great to be able to drive into a garage. A great space for families with older children and dogs.

This place is so nice to have private access to the beach! So relaxing to open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds, or sit on the deck. Lots of stairs, and the walk to the beach isn't exactly easy-just be prepared. Loved our stay and will hopefully be back soon!

Beautiful location right on the beach - it was great to wake up and walk right out on the sand with our morning coffee! The house has a nice open floor plan in the main living space with a bright and spacious interior.

Large comfortable house perfect for watching storms. The wood stove made for cozy evening and the house was well stocked. We had some water leaks in the front window casing but it was an exceptionally strong stormy night and those things tend to happen when it is raining horizontally.

It was adorable, clean and had a beautiful view. There were six in our family plus our dog, and three grandparents. There was plenty of room for everyone and even a game room which our teenagers loved. The views were not to be believed and we all enjoyed strolling on the beach. While the kitchen was a little small, we were able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was very well-stocked and we were able to pull off cooking all of our dishes and serving everything. We only missed maybe about two items from home. Everyone had a wonderful time and would go back again.

The location was perfect! Ocean view out the back, bridge view out the front. Right on the beautiful, clean, expansive beach, but high enough that the sand didn't blow up on the deck like the neighbors'. The house was plenty big enough for our crew of 15 plus the baby. The manager was great to work with. The folks at St. Anthony's Catholic Church were wonderful. Really no downfalls except maybe that it is on the Oregon Coast and not a Caribbean beach, but what are you gonna do?

This beach house nicely accommodated 8 of us plus 3 small dogs. The house is nicely equipped with all you need. Beds are comfortable. The game room was fun for kids and adults. Owners are great to work with. We visited the Oregon Aquarium for a fun time with our family.

This place is wonderful. It is a first class home with a wonderful view of the ocean, the river, and the sea. It sits about 200 feet above the ocean and has unobstructed 200 degree reviews. The Master BR/bath is everything the pictures make it out to be. The expansive deck overlooks a private yard and hot tub. There is a media room which is stocked with hundreds of DVDs, and you can stick the kids/teens down there for the evening. A wonderful experience.

Very comfortable home. The kids love being able to walk right onto the beach and the parents loved we could see them from the living room window. The living room was spacious, plenty of seating for everyone and one presto log really warmed up that living room quite nicely. The loft was extra special for the kids. We were so lucky to have Fantastic weather the weekend we were there!

We enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Blue very much. The time spent with family is precious. The view is great, always some movement out the windows. The views from the back and front are awesome. We enjoyed the game room with our ping pong tournaments and quiet time before the rest of the family woke up. There is so much to do here or just relax. The perfect vacation place. Me and my fiancé, or soon to be fiancé had a great time here! We are just at the tail end of our 5 day trip and loving it! There is a very kind neighbor named Mary with a mini-pincher, who walks along the beach every morning and evening! This place is absolutely gorgeous! Me and Stephen spent a lot of time just in the house. Between watching the waves to movies, and board games we kept pretty well occupied!! Not to mention the sights in Waldport and Newport!
