There's a bedroom and bathroom on every floor, and a 2nd living room in the loft, so everyone can find that special place for an afternoon nap or to snuggle in with a book. Three floors include lots of stairs to provide those wonderful views of the Yachats rocky shore! This home is outfitted with all you could need to enjoy an incredible extended vacation of 30-45 nights.

In addition to being situated in a protected wetland area, you'll be in the south end of Yachats where the rocky shore hides endless discoveries in the tide pools! You can also take the nearby 804 Walking Trail to the main sandy beach of Yachats, or continue on the trail into town for shopping and dining!

Great spacious home and despite grey weather we had a lovely time exploring the area. Wish I could take the couch with the view back home with me!

We sat for hours on the couch looking out over the crashing ocean, spotting whales and even a glimpse of two eagles. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The management company is professional and well organized. Someone comes out and meets with you when you check in so you can go over everything and make sure all is in order. This is an excellent rental and we would certainly stay here again.

The house was well kept and well stocked which made our special weekend even more perfect. The kids had plenty to do and the views...ah. Thank you for sharing your home. Management company was quick to respond to all our needs.

We stayed here in November and had some great weather for hiking/beach time. Cape Perpetua & Yaquina Outstanding Natural Area, 804 Trail, and Yachats Beach are so close! Seal Rock is a great spot as well. The house is in excellent condition and has wonderful ocean views from two floors of the house.

We stayed with two families in this lovely home. The kids (aged 1,1,4 and 4) had a great time playing at the nearby sandy beach and tide pools. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates and cookware. The view over the wetlands towards the ocean was peaceful. The location was convenient with walking paths to the beach and nearby town. We would stay here again.

We really appreciate the owner sharing this beautiful beach house. It is so cozy and gives you the sense of home. We love the relaxing moment sitting on the couch looking out through the big window at the Pacific Ocean. Definitely will revisit!

It’s day 2 – and this is perfect. It’s beyond a déj? vu experience. I think this is a most beautiful location. We’ve stayed at since visiting the coast every year for 15 yrs. More and more family and friends going to the Pacific Ocean. The view from the window with cranes above is fabulous to wake up to. We will come again!!
