This house has private beach access with a beautiful view of the ocean. While there are neighbors on both sides there is quite a lot of space between the properties to make it feel like you have your own private beach! The beds were very comfortable with high-end linens. The communal space was ample for our family of 8 people. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is as listed, and was very comfortable for our family. We had a great time. The property managers were excellent to deal with. I had forgotten an item at the property. I asked if housekeeping could look for it. They found it and the property management shipped it to me. Very grateful!!

Though challenging to locate the first time, returning here from excursions was easy. Nicely located between Florence and Newport allowed for fun day trips. Enough room for nine to hang out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The colors, textures and patterns were fun and comfortable.

We were so excited to stay in this home as my father in law helped build it as a boy. He shared memories with his grandkids. We loved the bright abd colorful furniture. The kitchen had all the appliances wr needed to cook for our 9 day stay. Coffee pot, griddle, crab crackers and pickers, lots of pots and dishes. There were plenty of towels for showers and the hot tub. The hot tub was sparkling clean and we loved using it. The bedding was nice and there were a couple extra blankets which were nice as we lost power for 6 hours the 3nd night and it got chilly. The electric company had it back.on in time for cofee. The back deck.looks.out over the ocean and had 5 chairs, we brought our own camping chairs so we had enough for all of us. The grill worked great. The beach is amazing with a lot of agates and jasper to be foubd especially aroubd 10 mile and down strawberry hill. We had a blast rock hunting and enjoyed Sea Lion Caves. We ate at Luna Sea in town. So delicious. We will be back

The house was more than spacious, and well equipped for our two families. Our teens did not like that there was no TV in the living room, but the parents did not mind at all. We did puzzles, played games, enjoyed the amazing ocean view, and sat in the warm hot tub. The view is outstanding. An address numbers on the house would have brought assurance as we were trying to locate the house, but communication- was prompt and they followed up to make sure we were in the house and ok. Would recommend you stay here and I would love to stay again!

The location was just what we were looking for. My husband and I are busy executives and needed a quiet place to spend time with our son. The house was decorated nicely and had a cottage feel. It was a little quirky - the rooms upstairs are conjoined and the bathrooms are only downstairs. The living room could use a TV. We found ourselves gathering in our bedroom to watch late night movies. The kitchen was great - it was equipped with more gadgets than what I have at home! Finding a foosball table & board games was a big plus! Overall, it's really a great spot to relax and take in the views of your surroundings. We loved how close it was to town. The location made it easy to check out other small towns nearby as well. Favorite activity: riding horses on the beach in Florence. Favorite moment: finding agates on the beach. Favorite place to eat: The Driftwood Inn in Yachats and Nosh Eatery in Florence. We enjoyed our stay!

This cute home was perfect for a multi-gen trip! Owner's suite and bunk bed were downstairs and the other two large connected rooms upstairs were roomy and comfortable. Hot tub was great, plenty of seating and fun spaces inside and a large back porch gave us space to spend time together. Lots of extra blankets, bedding and tons of beach towels. A great space!

We stayed here over Christmas with our immediate family and grandparents. We all enjoyed the game room, places to read and chat, the hot tub, and of course the incredible ocean views! The kitchen offered everything we needed as we ate all of our meals at the house, including a large Christmas dinner. While it rained most of our stay, we found so many places just a few minutes away to explore! While the home had several TVs, which we did take advantage of at times, we appreciated that the central spaces in the home were designed for relational connection. Thankful for the use of a dryer after getting soaked! Great location and wonderful home to spend time renewing relationships and get away from the busyness of our home life.

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 little boys! Our 4 year old was stoked for the bunk beds and our 1.5 year old thankfully slept all night in the pac n play that was provided. We were able to check in easily on the iPad, there was plenty of space in the home, we kept warm with the fireplace and had a great time finding so many agates on the beach right in front of the house! We had a family reunion on the coast. Two families stayed in this home, and two in a different home further north. Vibrant Seas was great for our two families. Comfortable, well stocked, fabulous views and beach access. A beautiful spot for family photos. We were a bit worried about it being close to an RV park, but there were no issues with noise or crowds.

We stayed at a total of four locations along the Oregon coast and Vibrant Seas was by far our favorite. Everything was perfect, from the ease of the lockbox directions to walking into the beautiful home with all it's special features, such as the television being already turned on in the bedroom. (Eventually it went off by itself whereby the instructions would have been helpful). No detail was left unsaid. I loved the checkin process on the I-Pad with all of the information provided and the ease of setting up the WiFi. Yes, as mentioned in other reviews, Wi-Fi is intermittent through the house, but does work well in the living room area. But who wants to be on the internet the whole time they are on vacation, right? The property itself and views are outstanding and although we were too tired to use the hot-tub it looked lovely. The stairs down to the beach are precarious to say the least, so our beach time was spent at other locations in the area, but the view from the home gives you a sense of being oceanside. Calming and serene. What I loved the most about the home was all the pops of color throughout. It is really bright and cheery without being overdone. Although I'm very much a minimalist, I also love color and have often wondered if I could tolerate lots of colors in my own home. After staying at Vibrant Seas I have decided the answer is yes! The property was very clean, with no signs of critters or anything adverse, as mentioned in another review. The kitchen was very well appointed and although we did not use (as we found a favorite restaurant in Yachats that we dined at two nights in a row - The Drift Inn - Yum) I checked around and could have easily cooked a full meal if we choose to do that. Finally it's worth mentioning that Brittany (property manager) was very helpful in assisting in getting the TV set up after it went off by itself and was getting ready to drive a 1/2 hour to help. Luckily we were able to get it going before she had to do that, but her willingness to do so was very much appreciated! I've been to many vacation sites throughout my life and this property definitely ranks in my top 10 of all time. My friend and I recommend it highly and will return the next time we are in the area!

We had a peaceful stay. There were plenty of attractions around to visit within 30 min but it was also a great location to stay at the house. The house was big enough for our family of 4 to stay spaced, have fun and just enjoy our vacation.

Great location and view from the house. We even got to see whales breaching off the coast. Even after the weather rolled in the views were excellent. The wood stove was perfect for warming the house after the sun went down. Most of the rooms were spacious and having the option to split the king beds was wonderful. Worked great for our ladies get away weekend.

This was a really nice place to stay for our short, 4 day family visit. It's an older type beach house but amazingly clean, comfortable, spacious and functional. It worked out perfectly for 6 adults & two young boys (and 2 dogs). There's a very big bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is also on the main floor. The bunk bed room downstairs was a hit with boys. The upstairs had a spacious bedroom and loft area with a queen bed. Nice ocean views from the dormers in both areas. The bath & bed linens were all nice and clean and there were plenty of towels. On the main floor there's a comfy living area with plenty of seating, a wood stove and wonderful views of the ocean. There's a nice big table for eating and playing cards & board games. The kitchen was well supplied with all the cookware appliances & utensils we needed. You'll need ground coffee or beans for the drip coffee maker. There is a grinder and a French Press. The house is in a great location between Yachats and Florence with plenty of beautiful Oregon coastal scenery. We were treated with 3 rare sunny days in November and some gorgeous sunsets. The sparkling clean and comfortable hot tub was a real bonus. We watched the moon rise over the east mountain one night and the sun set over the ocean two other nights. The foosball table & cornhole game was a nice surprise for the boys who had a great time playing both. Access to the beach was really great. All in all a clean, comfortable, fun place to stay!

Great beach house. Nicely decorated and furnished, lots of towels and nice bedding. Well supplied kitchen. Hot tub was great and a lovely ocean view. Only a few steps down to the beach at the end of the property. Beautiful coastline. Easy drive to Florence or Yachats. The 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids, 1 teenager and 1 other grandma, all fit nicely and we had a great time.

Cute remodel to the older home. We felt so comfy there and it was a perfect location to the areas we wanted to be. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation for our family and it was! The hot tub topped it off. Only thing that was troublesome was the stairs going down to the beach. With my two recent knee replacements it was difficult without good handrails. But this home is perfect no matter what!!! Thank you for a great vacation!

This home is great! So cute and quirky. The location is wonderful, especially if you are like us and prefer to be a little more secluded. Fair warning, there is no cell service for Verizon customers, but that didn't effect our stay at all. (WiFi is functional) We like to unplug. The hot tub, beach, grill and deck were our favorite spots and all easy to access. Many hikes and activities very near by. Communication with the host was very timely. Such a gem!

After reading some of these reviews I was a little nervous to book but, the first thing I said after we got there was how I couldn't believe anyone could even find anything to complain about! The location of this house is beautiful! There were yard games for the large, well maintained backyard, a foos ball table for the kids, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a horseshoe pit and then a nice, sturdy stairway leads down to the beach. The kitchen was stocked  better than any vacation rental I've ever stayed in and there were plenty of towels for our family of six who were in and out of the hot tub and the ocean, showers etc. the whole time. We couldn't connect the upstairs tv to WiFi or satellite when we first got there, but our property manager came right over and fixed it so no complaints there. The house was very clean and the bright and beachy, modern, eclectic decor was perfection. We loved this house and definitely plan on coming back again soon!!!

We loved our stay here! You cannot beat the view from the hottub. It has a great, long backyard, perfect for the kiddos to play. We were able to walk to the beach barefoot through the yard and down the stairs. The photos are great, but a bit misleading. It was smaller than expected. Loved the color and funky decoration! The house has it's quirks...but you cannot beat the location. One of the bedrooms is at the top of the stairs, without a door. It was a big awkward for the family staying in that room. We were comfortable, and happy to be together.

Great location with plenty of room and a wonderful backyard for the pups! The house is comfortable and has some unique charm. Great views of the ocean; we really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit overlooking the waves below. The kids loved the foosball table, and everyone had plenty of room to do there own thing! Stayed for a week. Nice house with a big yard and private beach access. Amazing house for people and dogs. The house is bigger than we were expecting and was comfortable for a group of 6. The layout is a little unusual but we liked it because it has a few separated areas. Overall everyone really enjoyed our stay.

Beyond expectations!

Our family weekend included 9 people and a dog. There was plenty of room for all of us in both sleeping, living and eating areas. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and there were lots of towels, blankets and sheets provided. Beach access was good, hot tub well maintained. We loved the colorful furnishings and wood stove. In spite of being right on the highway, there's no road noise (thanks to ocean roar!). We all want to stay here again.

Nicely remodeled interior, cozy furniture, and private beach access to one of the less frequented areas of the coast. Plenty of room for everyone to unwind and enjoy the views. Easy access to hikes and scenic attractions, and not too far from town if a morning coffee trip is warranted. If a beach retreat is what you are looking for then this is a great place to getaway.
