My family of 5 plus grandparents stayed here for our end of summer vacation. The house was very clean, easy to check in and check out. The beach path was very well maintained and we enjoyed the big windows looking out towards the ocean and even saw some whale spouts. Our party of 7 were very comfortable in the house and will definitely be booking it again.

This was even more lively than we had hoped. Breathtaking views of the ocean and the sunset. Being able to walk right out the door and down onto the beach was such a magical experience. We loved all the windows and the house had a wonderfully spacious layout for our family to enjoy time together without feeling crowded. Overall loved it and we hope to visit again in the future.

Glorious location. Near restaurants and beautiful village of Yachats. Private, and peaceful. Couldn’t figure out the volume on TV, and no CNN, but who cares? The fabulous led fireplace was a joy in the evenings and beach access right out front. Cozy and expansive all at same time. Fabulous views from huge windows. Well stocked large kitchen. Can’t say enough, but thank you!!

We enjoyed this home. It is a good place. We enjoyed the accessability to the beach, the view, and the cleanness of the home. We were very grateful to stay here. It was overpriced compared to other homes that were better, but we were glad to find this home available when we needed it. We even saw whales from our front window. That was great. It has great proximity to tidepools (five minutes away). It is only 30 minutes from Newport if you need to do a Walmart run. We would certainly recommend this place to others. Thanks to those that made it available. We are grateful.

This has been the best home so far! Amazingly beautiful, comfortable with easy access to the miles of beach out front. A bald eagle few by about 4-4:30 each evening, seals at play, and even a bagpiper on the bluff next door. Home is filled with dishware, appliances, puzzles, games....everything one needs to have fun indoors or out. Sweet Homes made everything so easy too. Now our goto company for coast bookings.

A gem of a home near the gem of the Oregon Coast. The property is beautiful with perfect ocean views, from the living room and deck - only about 25 steps from the beach. It is perfectly located. On a good day, one can walk to Yachats on the beach and then 804 trail, or (at low tide) walk to Waldport. And the 8-minute drive to Cape Perpetua allows the complete forest experience. It is very quiet, and the stars on a clear night are beyond description!

Stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights with my kids, in-laws and aunt. Loved the views, location and how responsive the on-site property manager was when we had questions or needed anything. Really enjoyed the open kitchen and such a nice perk that they had a whole box full of sand toys! Totally made my children's day - Would highly recommend to anyone and definitely going to book again :)

Outstanding location! You can sit and watch the ocean for hours! We watched a juvenile bald eagle scavenge on the beach right n front of us! The kitchen is very well appointed. The master bedroom is in a loft space opposite from the main window bay. So it's not private from the rest of the house and brightens up early in the day.

Excellent location, just be careful getting down to the beach. The house is a little funky (the windows leak and some other minor things didn't work), but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Pacific Vista. What a great place and what a location! The team of Sweet Homes is very responsive, the internet is speedy, and the view, I keep getting back to that view. One thing to note is that with rain the beach access is not easily / really accessible. It is a mud slide with a rope to the side. Will work if it has been dry for a few days. You can go to the camping a mile up the road where you have access for 7 US$ a day. With little kids, that was the best solution for us. Very nice beach there as well with safe concrete stairs as access.

Everything was absolutely PERFECT! Arrival and key retrieval was a cinch, great communication with property manager within minutes of arriving and had everything we needed for our stay in the kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms! House was VERY clean and inviting!! The view was breathtaking - even watched 3 different pods of whales from the living room drinking our morning coffee! Will definitely be coming back!!

Very relaxing! This was our first time to the Oregon coast and it was beautiful! The layout of the house is very nice, clean and family friendly. Checking in was a breeze. There were so many puzzles and toys available. The kitchen was wonderful and the location was great too. We stayed during a storm and it was nice to look out at the wind and waves.

This home was right on the beach with great views from the living and dining areas. Even on our one rainy day, the scenery was interesting. It was also within a 30 minute drive to lots of great places to visit like hiking areas, tidal pools and aquariums. Our family ranged from age 5 to 65 and we all had a wonderful time.

Best vacation ever. House had everything we needed and wanted, even toys for the beach. Seeing a whale while sitting on the couch was quite impressive. Loved every minute of it!

The house location was absolutely amazing! Easy access to the beach for my elderly parents who could also sit on the couch in the living room and watch everything we were doing on the beach when they didn't feel like coming down. Our goal was to enjoy the scenery and each other without having to deal with crowds and traffic and this spot hit the mark perfectly! The rental company was very accommodating, timely, and a pleasure to work with!

Having a great time, thank you for sharing a great house, we will be back. Saw the eclipse yesterday, just enough fog so you could look at it. Second time we have done the Perpetua Hiking Trail, 7 miles. We like to come in May. Our anniversary, going on eleven years.

Spotlessly clean, private, gorgeous, friendly people, a view to die for, amply stocked, floor to ceiling windows, wildlife, privacy, it had it all. A real treat, worth it. My family had 2.5 days there, and it was too short. Fireplace, bbq grill, tv (we never turned it on) beautiful kitchen that 2 can work in, steps to the beach (oceanfront) quiet neighbors, off the highway so no noise, timely check in and out, comfy beds, chairs too deep and cushy to leave, bright, lots of plugs, and wi-fi. They thought of everything, theres patio chairs, a boogie board, condiments, dishes, cute interior, and a master loft (many stairs) that has both a skylight and ocean view. Oh the stars, so many...we saw pelicans, dragonflies, a rabbit, seals, and of course, gulls. Flat beach, mostly packed sand, just a great place. Lots of lights everywhere, well thought out house. Lovely entryway too.

The views from the master bedroom with it's balcony overlooking the living room AND the dining room AND the huge kitchen were exactly what you would wish for when visiting the coast. We had a small problem with the lock box which was different than we were used to but the managers were prompt to help. Under an hour easy drive to both Florence and Newport.

 We've stayed in many places up and down the coast, and Pacific Vista was one of the cleanest! We love the new cleaning service you have! It makes checking out that much easier, as well as gives one the confidence of clean linens. Kasey was great to work with - we like your new policy of walking thru the home w/the property mgr after arriving. As always, reserving online was so simple. Absolutely no hassles there. We'll definitely be staying at Pacific Vista next year!
